Unless given permission by me, do not edit or draw over my art. You are welcome to ask me for permission if you would like to, but unless given permission, DO NOT DO THIS.
1. Why are my commission prices so high?
Because I do this for fun, and have extremely low motivation due to mental and physical health. Money gets me motivated to work, and I'm sure any clients would rather me be motivated to complete their work rather than unmotivated. It also means that the people who commission me genuinely enjoy my work and are willing to pay for the effort that I put into it.2. How long will a Commission take?
Commissions should take a maximum of a month, but can be done much much sooner depending on my motivation, the commission itself, and the client's response time.3. Payment
I require payment upfront unless the commission is over $100, then the payment can be 50/50. I require 50% upfront, and 50% after the final product is given. You will be given a preview of your commission with a large watermark over it. After full payment, you will recieve the art without the watermark.4. WIPS
I will provide a sketch for approval before starting the final piece. If you would like more than a sketch for approval(several WIPS throughout the process), please make this clear before purchasing your Commission.5. Rejection
I have the right to reject, cancel, refund, or refuse any commissions without reason. If I have began your commission, I will refund what is appropriate for the work I have done, as well as give you the work that I did.6. Refund Policy
Refunds can only be requested if it has been a month or longer since the original purchase. You will be refunded according to what I have completed. (For example, if the art is 50% complete, you will get 50% refunded) .7. Alterations
During the sketch phase, any changes to the sketch are absolutely free of charge.
For changes to the lineart/fully colored versions, you have 2 free changes. Afterwards, depending on the type of change, I will request an additional fee.
Once shaded and rendered, changed cannot be made.8.AI
DO NOT use my art for AI use/training. I don't care if it's a commission, or art of a character you own. You are not permitted to use my art for/in AI.
1. Commercial Rights
Purchasing a custom or design created by me does not mean you have Commercial Rights to that character. If you would like to purchase Commercial Rights, please contact me through one of my social medias or through my Discord Server!2. Changes
You may alter/change a design as long as the original design is still recognizable.3. Toyhou.se
You MUST have a ToyHouse to own my designs. If you do not have one and need one, please contact me! I have plenty to share.
My designs cannot be deleted/removed from ToyHouse.4. Gifted Designs
If a design was given to you as a Gift, you may not resell or retrade.6. Resale
Do not resell designs for more than their worth UNLESS they have additional art.7. Additional Worth
You may add your own art to the characters worth. I trust that you will do this responsibly.
